No-Bake Summer Dessert Recipes

Just because it's too hot to bake, doesn't mean you can't enjoy a delicious homemade dessert!  Check out this roundup of delicious no-bake dessert recipes that'll keep you cool and put a smile on your face.

No-Bake Summer Dessert Recipes

Hey everybody!  This morning I will be back on Fox Philly's Good Day live show, showcasing some of my favorite no-bake desserts for summer.

If you're in the Philly area, I hope you'll tune in!  They're filming here at my house, so you'll get a peek into my kitchen, where all the magic happens!

Later today, I'll update this post with the clips from the show.  But for now, I just wanted to get you all the recipes in one place.  Every one of these is a winner, so cool, creamy, and easy to make!  Nobody wants to slave over a hot oven when the weather is hot and muggy, but you can still enjoy a delicious treat with these effortless recipes:

Easy Chocolate Pudding Pie Jars From Scratch- these were every bit as easy to make as the boxed kind, but the flavor was no comparison! So chocolate-y, smooth, & rich.

Lemon Blueberry Parfaits- about the easiest no-bake dessert I've ever made, and just bursting with summer-y flavor!

Strawberry Buttermilk Panna Cotta: sweet, summery, and so simple to make!

No-Drip Homemade Fudge Pops/Fudgesicles! My kids love these and I don't worry about giving them to them because they're so much less messy to eat than the regular kind.

And if you like those, I've got lots more like 'em!

I was astonished to realize that I have over 60 no-bake recipes on this site! Now that's a lot of not-baking, am I right? Be sure to check out the No-Bake Desserts category of my recipe index, to view all the deliciousness.

Here are a view of my top favorites, just to tempt your tastebuds:

Best ever spin on the classic no-bake Italian dessert- this version has no coffee or booze, just CHOCOLATE! Perfect for the whole family to enjoy, and it feeds a crowd!
