S’mores Cupcake Jars
S’mores Cupcakes in a jar! These are so perfectly portable, and the chocolate, graham cracker, and toasted marshmallow flavors are what summer’s all about!
The s’mores saga continues! The thing is, I’m doing a segment on Fox this morning and it’s allllll about s’mores desserts. So- I had to get those recipes in, so there’s something for everybody to click to!
If you are one of those Fox Good Day viewers clicking over to download some of the recipes you saw this morning, WELCOME! I hope you like what you see here. I’ve got links to all the other s’mores recipes from this morning’s show (and more!), plus the recipe for these cupcake jars, right here. If you’d like to browse around a bit but aren’t sure where to begin, might I suggest you take a peek at the recipe index? There are tons of great treats in the Seasonal Spring/Summer category, or the Independence Day category might be useful right about now, as you plan your holiday menu. Or you could have a look at my about me video or page, just to see if we click 😉
S’mores cupcake jars! It’s a thing. It’s a perfect thing, in fact, to bring to a barbecue or potluck. Let me count the ways I love these s’mores cupcake jars:
- they’re super portable and easy to transport
- they’re perfectly delish at room temperature
- they can be made ahead, saving you all kinds of stress
- they’re soft and sweet with a little bit of crunch, and soooo comforting!
- S’MORES. That’s really all I ever needed to say, right?

OMG, Allie! You did that thing again! That thing where you make me want to eat the computer screen!
Lol! Thanks/sorry? Happy Friday Tori!
Allie, I LOVE that these are portable! What a great idea. I’m so making these for our next picnic dinner, and the kids will go completely nuts over them. Thanks for the great idea 🙂
My pleasure Aida! My kids loved them too and the best part is, they’re a lot less messy than regular cupcakes. They just dig their spoons right in and the mess is as minimal as it could ever be with little kids. Thanks dear!
Yay for more s’mores! And more toasty marshmallow! I love how these are in jars, so you could just top it off with a cap and put it in your pocketbook for later. lol at least that’s how I would do it 🙂
That is totally how I do it too June! Thank you so much for the sweet comment and have a great weekend too! xo
You’re the s’mores queen! Oh, these look so good, Allie — that charred marshmallow topping is just killing it! haha

Quick question, can you please tell me what website you used to make the moving photo? many thanks in advance!
Thank you so much Katalina! I’m so glad you like all the s’mores treats. I use gifmaker.me to make the animations. That’s the actual url! There’s no .com at the end or anything, just gifmaker.me. It’s pretty user friendly but if you run into any trouble just let me know; I’m happy to help you out!
Thanks I will try it this weekend, hopefully I will nail it!! Many, many thanks for your help!
No problem! Good luck!
Oh boy, I just want to dive my face in these. As a Brit, I’ve never tried s’mores before! I seriously need to rectify that, and these look like the perfect way to start.
You need to rectify that, immediately! Girlfriend I know how you love your sweets and s’mores would totally change your life! Thanks so much for stopping by sweetie! xo

Would these need to be refrigerated? I’m thinking they’d be perfect for a picnic – thanks and I love all your posts!
Thank you so much Susan, that’s so nice to hear! It’s probably best to refrigerate. I have noticed that the marshmallow tends to separate after a few days at room temp. Hope that’s helpful!
